Contrary to the reviews I’ve seen, my experience at this branch was great! The staff were super nice when I asked if I could charge my phone (I only had 1% left), and they happily agreed.❤️☺️ August, 2025

This day I am the service driver of my wife.. I Drive my NMAX155 for a ride with my wife. VITALAB at Matina, Davao City is our first stop to take her X-ray test as her employment required. She is very excited to complete her requirements to be able to start her new job as a Call Center Agent. VITALAB is quality healthcare at affordable cost.. They are located corner Albay St., Matina, Davao City Infront of Jetti Gasoline Station. I observed office is clean and staff are accommodating. Good air-conditioned Lab and more seats for patients. Only the patient will be allowed inside the clinic unless the patient is seniors or minors or PWD. SERVICES OFFERED: Laboratory, XRAY/ECG, Ultrasound, 2D-Echo Drug Testing, Dental Clinic, Medical Clinics

WORST ABOVE ALL The level of professionalism and customer service was unacceptable. Your staff clearly needs better training, as the service was disorganized, inefficient, and far below proper standards. This reflects poorly on your management and operations. I had no option to choose another clinic due to company protocol, which made this experience even more frustrating.
