I met an old lady in our church months back and took her to a different optical shop. We got rejected as they insisted she needs to get checked by an optha first. While I do understand that she might have other conditions but I was hoping to get her a glasses to at least aid her while she does her daily activities. I am glad I tried VEX. Store staff were accommodating. The optometrist was very patient despite the difficulty in communicating to lola because she has poor hearing already. You just made her happy! :)
