I had such a great experience at Vision Express The Block! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment I arrived. The doctor was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole process comfortable and reassuring. I was also really impressed with how modern and high-tech their eye testing equipment was, it made the check-up quick, accurate, and even a little fun. Overall, it’s easily one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for quality service and excellent care! 👏

George and Dr. Lance were brilliant. They were both very accommodating. They have explained everything that we need to know about the glasses. It was a really good experience and we highly recommended.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. The doctor explained the product clearly and thoroughly, making sure I understood everything. I also appreciate that the doctor suggested more budget-friendly alternatives, which shows genuine care for clients. Overall, the atmosphere was professional yet not intimidating—highly recommend!
