I had a great experience at Vision Express in BGC (the one above Wolfgang’s). Fred helped me out after I accidentally sat on my glasses, and his service was truly first-class. He took the time to carefully realign and straighten them perfectly. I really appreciated his professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude.
