I had a great experience at Vision Express. The staff were very welcoming and allowed me to try as many options as I wanted without any pressure. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were always happy to suggest options that matched my preferences. The optometrist was professional, attentive, and clearly focused on providing excellent customer service. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and I would definitely recommend Vision Express.
Ms. Shirley Mandapat and Adrian was there when we visited the clinic. They are consistently helpful, always willing to assist both customers and staff with patience and clarity. Their friendly and accommodating attitude creates a warm and welcoming environment for everyone who walks into the clinic.
