The staff and optometrist were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely assisted throughout our entire visit. My experience with Vision Express Glorietta was superb. Ms. Jona Camiling was accommodating, efficient, and made the whole process smooth. I also appreciated how patient she was while I took my time choosing the right glasses — they even brought out and suggested frames that perfectly matched my preferences. We also had some light chit-chat, which made the experience even more pleasant. The doctor/optometrist Dr. Nancy Paz was incredibly kind and adorably approachable, and their friendly conversations made us feel genuinely comfortable throughout the visit.
