Convenient place, it's right next to the victory bus line.
Security Guards are helpful. When unloading cargo, they are considerate and immediately call for a porter while letting you park at a designated place near the entrance. Victory Liner staff handling the shipment documents and payments are efficient and courteous. Expect a line and a 30 minute wait despite the GCQ.
The mall is old and nostalgic, needs renovation. Crowded especially at the entrance area where vendor and mall customer meets, outdoor parking at the back with fee, lots of shops, resto, fastfood, grocery and gadget repair shops, nbi and philhealth offices also available, great stopover and easy accessible to lrt1 and puv.
