The hustle of daily life takes place here, from the markets to the small stores this is Victorias City and everything can be found here. Just another reason I love this city, this country and of course the people of The Philippines.
If you’re not sure where to look for the stuff you need to buy, this is a good place to start. The commercial center is one of the better hubs in Western Negros in terms of size and being well-maintained. You can ask around vendors and they’ll most likely point you as to where to go.
The place has shops that have your needs and stuff but it could be better to improve the place or even maintain some cleanings on here and there. It's just a building but not really memorable.
