I called ahead to make sure they can accommodate my cat. This was around 3:20pm on a Saturday. They told me over the phone that we will be considered as “walk-in” but that at that time there was no line. When we got there, we were accommodated right away, front desk, vet assistants, and the vet that looked after us were all very nice. This vet place feels so fancy compared to other clinics, but I would say their prices are fair, not at all overpriced for the quality of care and their facilities. There are individual consultation rooms to accommodate each patient, so there’s privacy for each pet. There’s also a huge area in the back for the major procedures and recovery area. The basic vet consultation fee for me was ₱600. The only thing I noticed is that it isn’t that quiet of an environment but understandably so because they have a huge staff, but for my anxious cat, it was just a bit noisy. 7pm-9am they have a fee of ₱3.5k already. Overall, I would say if I want to bring my cats to a clinic with quality facilities, this is the place to go. There’s even a human cafe for waiting. Just wish that they had more variety in their pet supplies.

We absolutely adore the service in VIP QC branch! This is our primary vet - excellent service provided by both vets and staff. The new location is spacious and very much accessible. They have parking spaces in front and at the back. The guards are incredibly helpful re: parking. The service is outstanding! The vets are knowledgeable and the staff are accommodating. I'm sure you'll find your favorite vets here! (Ours is Dr. JM! We absolutely love her!) They also have an inclusive bathroom and an in-house cafe. You can grab coffee while waiting with your pet :) I believe that VIP is a premium vet clinic so I would recommend asking for their rates before you visit so you have an idea of the bill/s you have to pay :)

Well i got mixed feelings about this Place looks good i give them that Front desk is nice. But they got my arrival time wrong and they wanted me to be considered as walk in. Thankfully i rebutted The vet is not that enthustiastic not sure if she likes animals. Although she is probably good As usual with like 90% of all vet clinics and hospitals, they are billing as you can. Lets see if it will fix my pets problem. I'll update this review Update on follow up: I came in at 9:30 for a 10 am appointment. They notice you that if you are late, they will treat you as walk in. Suprisingly i was catered 10:30. This is another doctor. It took forever for her to do things. Although she is nice
