Vets In Practice Mandaluyong

Had my cats board with them in their Pet Hotel during an international trip last year, safe to say my pets were treated well while I was away. They gave me daily updates on my cats through Viber along with video proof about their condition. Currently also having my ginger cat being treated by them because of illness, they were quick to administer tests to rule out viral and bacterial infections, organ issues and other illnesses before prescribing medication and further observation. They also give me systematic updates through Viber from their vets about my cat's progress while on observation and confinement. Definitely recommend ❤️

Thank you for taking care of my cat, Lucky. I bring him to VIP due emergency. They immediately priorize Lucky. Great place and service. Security Guards are very approachable and also the staffs are very friendly. Though it costly but you can have assurance to their service. They always update me on Viber daily.

Not recommended. For consultation ok lang. For the cost, ang mahal talaga pero ok lang kasi choice ko naman na dalhin yung pet ko dito noon for the past 10 years. This year my furbaby got a blood infection after her eye surgery in this hospital. I am not even sure san ba talaga nya nakuha yun? :( before all this happened, pabalik balik na din kami for check up / consultation My furbaby deteriorated here after 2 weeks of confinement. Sobrang stressed na sya sa condition nya in that hospital, hindi nakatulong to say the least. Even the updates which they would send in ungodly hours between 3am - 5am, na feeling ko emergency pero generic lang pala like "still in critical condiction / lethargic" etc etc. Pati ako nag elevate ang anxiety levels ko. So I just decided or rather I insisted to just take my baby home na kahit ayaw nila, kasi hopeless na din ako that my baby will be healed in this hospital plus sobrang mahal na talaga ng mga binabayaran ko, all that for nothing... We went home ng walang swero kasi they don't allow it daw, and my baby was almost lifeless na ng inuwi ko... Thank God other clinic healed my baby. Some staff are courteous and considerate, some are compassionate especially the younger vets. But their compassion will not heal your pets. For confinement, please don't bring your pets here. Read all the reviews and you will know why. Surprisingly halos pare-parehas kami ng unfortunate experience here in this hospital. Please don't take your pets here. There are other more efficient vets and more affordable clinics out there. PS. ALWAYS CHECK AND REVIEW YOUR RECEIPTS coz they tend to bill you of meds na one time lang binigay sa furbaby pero 1 box or bottle ang sisingilin sa inyo so always check and ask about your receipts. Sadly, in the end it's all about the money that they are after.
