I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care and expertise provided by VetPro, especially Dr. Joram! My cat had a terrifying fall from the 5th floor, and I rushed him to the clinic. He was in critical condition unable to walk, poop and urinating blood due to severe damage to his lower body. I went to TCC but then was forwarded to Vets In Practice to VetPro Dr. Joram took over and provided a thorough explanation of the situation. His professionalism and concern for my cat's well-being were evident throughout. Dr. Joram's recommendation for observation, CBC, and a kidney scan to make sure that there was no internal bleeding. His meticulous approach and timely intervention made all the difference. The laser therapy sessions were also instrumental in aiding my cat's recovery without a surgery, promoting healing and reducing pain. My cat made a miraculous recovery and was back to his playful self in under a month! He regained his mobility, and all his vital functions returned to normal. The care, compassion, and expertise displayed by Doc Joram and the entire VetPro team were truly commendable. Special thanks to Doc Joram and the VetPro team for their dedication and hard work. You guys are the best! My cat Keezu is now running and jumping like nothing ever happened! However, cleaner facilities, waiting area & more affordable pricing would make it even better. The vet staff are very accommodating and the ambiance is nice. They have their own cats that you can pet while waiting for the appointment.

My baby had a fight with his sibling that caused trauma and/or injury. I was about to set aside the check-up but he is too anxious and couldn’t fall asleep because of the pain. That’s why even when it’s already 2 am I had to rush my boy to a 24 hr Veterinary Clinic. Luckily, Dr. Joram is very accommodating and you can feel that he cares for your fur baby. He checked my boy before giving the medication, unlike other Vets that inject without examining. You can sense his dedication and passion as a Veterinarian. As a chatter myself, I found out that he did his practice abroad widening his knowledge of innovative treatments. We all know that the Philippines is far behind in medical approaches. Doc is also very patient with my boy even when he is resisting treatment throughout the process. The price is right for an emergency. It is my second time seeing a doctor that does veterinary as their passion. I think it's rare these days because some do this for the pocket only. Thanks, Dr. Joram, my baby boy now is calm and relieved from his anxiety. I hope you continue your devotion and care for pets.
