Very High recommended. Very nice area. Doctor is very attentive to what pet needs or consultation. My pet yuki is their suki.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! The groomer was impatient and rough with my puppy. He cried out several times, which is not normal for him, and it was clear he was distressed. The last straw was when my puppy fell off the grooming table with the leash around his neck because the groomer was on their cellphone. This was extremely unsafe and unacceptable. What’s worse is that the vet staff saw the incident and did nothing when I expressed my concern. no accountability, no explanation, no compensation. Eve the groomer itself was giving off a smirk while blaming it all to my puppy who was clearly hurt. and didn’t acknowledged any of his mistakes or ask for an apology. I would not trust this place with any pet, especially puppies.
