Vetcare Animal Clinic

Doc Jer is very friendly and humorous, and the whole VetCare team are extremely accommodating and professional. My cat was at ease in their presence. Perhaps even comforted by the way they handled him. They truly show genuine care for their patients. I am extremely anxious of my cat's case, however it lightened up when conversing with the team and especially with Doc Jer. ps: parang nagsumbong pa pusa ko habang yakap siya ng isa sa team. lol

Great and friendly service! We weren't sure if they had a lot of cat patients, but when we got there, there was a cage with a mama cat and her kittens -- she's the resident cat on the ground floor and they performed an emergency CS on her because she couldn't get her kittens out. That speaks a lot about the place! I've seen the staff&vets handle both cats and dogs, and they're very nice -- may malasakit. They're also upfront about pricing (cost of labs, medicines, etc) which I appreciate so there are no surprises when the bill comes. The vet side is separate from the "well side" where they have vaccinations, pet grooming and pet supplies. That's also where you settle the vet bill. Would definitely recommend this clinic if you’re in Upper Antipolo. Parking is a big plus too!

My baby has a complicated kidney disease, but Doc Picart and the whole VetCare team have never given up on her. They treat her like one of their own. Every visit, they greet her, pet her, and sometimes even hug her. May pake talaga sila, nanggaling na ako sa iba't ibang clinic pero sa kanila ko lang na-feel na they really care. Because of them, I’ve been able to spend more time with Stella. Even now, as we shift our focus to keeping her comfortable, their support means everything. Thank you so much, Doc, and to the whole team, for standing by us and for loving our baby like family 🤍
