VEN VETERINARY CLINIC

The doctor is very good. My dog always get better after seeing the vet.

We had our dog confined here. The doctor only check the dogs at 11am and left with the assistant with no idea about dogs. We trust them. The doctor said my dog is not in critical condition. My dog's platelets drop. We were so worried. And yet the doctor was not there so we have to call him thru his phone. He said he's okay. The only thing the doctor gave was dextrose. And next morning my dog died. They said they tried to revive him. It was around 10am. The doctor lied. How he can revive my dog if he's not there? The assistant has no idea about anything on dog's medication and treatment. We were thinking to transfer my dog to another vet clinic but then the doctor assured that my dog is going to be okay. PLEASE. DON'T LET YOUR DOG STAYED IN THIS CLINIC. ESPECIALLY IF IT'S A DISEASE THAT NEEDS ATTENTION. THEY ONLY LEFT DOGS AND CHECK AT 11AM. HUWAG KAYO MAGPAPAGAMOT NG ASO DITO. LALO NA PAG MALALA ANG KONDISYON. MAS MABUTI PANG IDALA NYO SA MAY MERCEDES. MERON DOON NA MAS SIGURADONG CLINIC. NAGKAMALI KAMI NG PINAGKATIWALAAN. We lost our dog before Christmas. And we are all grieven. We still pay the bills. But we are never, ever gonna trust this clinic again. KUNG MAY IBA KAYONG PAGDADALAHAN. DALAHIN NYO SA IBANG VET CLINIC. PLEASE. WAG DITO. PLEASE.

I am so done with this Clinic. The worst service I ever experienced.
