β€œRamil Reyes, a x-ray technologist staff from the radiology department who did the xray test was so rude and very unprofessional in handling these kinds of sensitive situations and emergencies especially right now that there's a typhoon and he even told them to show the result on the later date amidst the critical condition that needs to be address as soon as possible especially because it was about the rupture and dislocation. We are thankful to the other patients who said that the doctor is in and we can ask him to read the result so that we can take necessary action asap unlike the misleading information that can worsen the situation by giving us a date of July 24 just to read the result. He badly needs to be eliminated in this hospital. This hospital needs better staff members with pleasing personalities who are really willing to do their job at heart and not this kind of people that are being paid by delivering bad public health services. Valenzuela City Mayor Wes needs to look into this further and critically to ensure the well being of every patient who badly needs medical attention the moment they enter the premises.”

β€œNot a place to consider to give birth. They lack sense of urgency and it seems like they have a habbit of stalling then transfer or it's just their work culture. Absolute opposite of VMC Karuhatan, people there are nicer and better at doing their job.”

Employees lack empathy and sense of urgency. Patients coming out of the ambulance weren't assisted immediately. The only time they rush to them is when asked for help. Otherwise, patients are clueless were to run.
