I am a regular client availing their Grooming Services. They are accommodating and they provide timely updates. I like how they take care of my pets during the process. Better book an appointment or chat ahead of time if you are planning to walk in. They are responsive through text.

The shop and groomers are nice. However, they should have a queue system following and prioritizing those with reserved schedules instead of mixing it with walk-ins tendencies are messed up queuing. My dogs waited for almost 4 hours waiting to be groomed even though we have a reserved slot at 11am but we finished at 3pm. Hope their management do something about this.

Second time bringing my dog here—both cases they made us wait for a long time. The first time, my dog and I waited for 3hrs because staff said we don’t have a schedule. Instead of telling us there’s no slot, they made us wait. So I set a schedule for the second time. Guess what they did? They accommodated other pets without schedule. One dog even finished in an hour WITHOUT SCHEDULE. While it’s been 2 hours and my dog is still getting his trim—JUST BECAUSE THEY PRIOTIZED A DOG WITHOUT SCHEDULE. The lesson— don’t have this guy (Jonathan) do your dog’s grooming because he delays your dog’s grooming and sneaks in other dogs without schedule. And the store manager just allows him to bastardize clients’ schedule.
