Viber scheduling did not work well.They confirmed and asked for my hmo and other details.When I arrived at their clinic,turned out that they did not include me on the list, and one of their staff members advised me that if ever HMO would not approve,I would need to do out of pocket.And the time set was not a good time to schedule such procedure. Sad.I showed them the screenshots of the convo, and they just asked me to re schedule but...

We waited almost five hours for our appointment—even though we were told to come at 10 a.m., we weren’t seen until 2:30 p.m. It seems like the order is based on when the appointment was booked, not on who actually arrives first, which feels unfair. What if someone books early but shows up late? Those who arrive on time end up waiting way longer than they should. I’ve also noticed some staff can be a bit rude, which makes the experience even harder. It would really help if management reconsidered how the queue is handled. Sometimes after waiting so long, a VIP comes in and gets seen right away, which isn’t fair to others waiting patiently. This kind of system could cause you to lose patients because people want to feel they’re being treated fairly. It might not seem like a big deal now, but in the long run, it could make a difference. I hope you take this feedback seriously.

We waitied for 4 hours before we were seen. Tapos every 2 patients, the doctor would go out for 15 to 30 minutes. What is worse is when they said its our turn, many “vips” went it before us and we have to wait longer. When it was finally our turn, it took just 10 minutes, and the final recommendation was to monitor. We gave the history, the issue, but it really feels we were hurried. Even teledoctors do much better when trying to understand patients. I would not recommend this clinic.
