Good service and very friendly staff here... Just asking, are you still open until 5? Can I still get a med cert? And how much?

I had a very disappointing experience here. The staff I encountered were incredibly rude, dismissive, and seemed indifferent to patient concerns. I expected a compassionate and professional environment, but instead, I was met with arrogance and a lack of basic courtesy. It’s unfortunate that they seem to go to work every day with such negative attitudes, treating patients as if they’re an inconvenience. As someone seeking care, it was upsetting to be treated this way. One day, they may find themselves in need of help, only to be met with the same indifference and lack of compassion they’ve shown to others. I hope the staff reflects on how their behavior affects patients and consider approaching others with the kindness and understanding they would want for their own loved ones. Patients deserve better. They need to be treated with respect and dignity, and I sincerely hope this clinic reflects on the importance of kindness in healthcare.
