📍Convenient since it's within the mall. Guards are polite 💺ambience is nice since the place is clean and air-conditioned. We went Friday and there are few-to-no patients at all. 💰 a little expensive Recommended to patients without budget

My experience with the doctor in Room 106 yesterday was unbelievably disrespectful and unprofessional. I’ve never encountered a healthcare worker who acted this arrogantly toward a patient. From the moment I sat down, she treated me like I didn’t deserve basic respect. She was sarcastic, dismissive, and obviously full of attitude for absolutely no reason. I politely asked if she could prescribe vitamins to help with my forgetfulness. Instead of responding like a professional, she smirked and said: “May amo na aw? Wala na ya.”
The tone, the face, the sarcasm—it was completely unnecessary. She said this with a smirk, as if my concern was somehow funny or stupid. She continued to act sarcastic the whole time, laughing under her breath, ignoring what I was saying, and making me feel like my concerns were not valid. She acted like everything I said was either funny or annoying to her. I arrived at 12 PM, was told checkups would continue at 1:30 PM, but she only started around 2:15 PM. A nurse even opened the door earlier, probably to follow up, and she was just on her phone. When I asked a simple question about the price of the fit-to-work certificate, she raised her eyebrows, rolled her eyes at me, and snapped:
“Ay hindi di sakon magpupamangkot. Didto ka sa cashier kay hindi na ako maka presyo ka fit to work mo.”
There was absolutely no reason to talk to a patient like that. She was rude just for the sake of being rude. I held back the entire time because she clearly enjoys power-tripping, and I didn’t want her to make my situation worse. But the moment I got the paper she signed and she threw her attitude again, I finally said:
“Kamaldita simo.”
Then I walked out. I’ve always respected doctors, and I’ve always had good experiences with them. But this doctor? The level of unprofessionalism, sarcasm, and hostility is something that should NOT exist in healthcare. If management actually cares about their patients, they need to address her behavior immediately. Yesterday, I had my child with me and I waited 2 hours just to be checked. The place was crowded, pero I understood that because there were many patients. But even with the heavy crowd, I got my med cert in five minutes. The staff, especially one girl, was accommodating. Today, I still had my child with me, but there were only a few patients, barely any waiting. You’d think that would make things faster. Instead, it took me 30 minutes just to receive a med cert that was literally a ready-made template. All they needed to do was edit my name and age — nothing complicated, nothing time-consuming. It takes 1 minute to pay at the cashier, but apparently 30 minutes to type a name on a template. And the same girl who was accommodating yesterday suddenly got distant and won’t make an eye contact and literally let me wait 30 minutes to get a simple one paragraph paper after waiting more than 1 hour to be checked. I will never come back here, even my friends and co-workers had the same issue. Even one of the team leads in the company I am working, who happened to be needing a medcert yesterday, complained about the weird rudeness she got from a different doctor who checked her. I barely know her but I know in myself she’s a polite person and there’s no reasonable reason to be cold and rude to her. The doctor who checked me today for fit to work is very accommodating and kind. I don’t think your hospital is that understaff, but some of them are not happy about their job and think of us as inconvenience.

This experience was terrible! I arrived at 10:30 am and waited over 30 minutes just to be "assessed." The lady spoke to me as if I were beneath her, told me to wait when she was asking us kung sino pagd mapa consulta. She then called me and loudly announcing my weight and even telling me I don't have a fever after taking my temperature, even though I had taken paracetamol just an hour prior. Then, 15 minutes later, I was told I would have to wait until 1:30 pm for the consultation. Do not come here!
