I know it’s been a year since my last cleaning, but heck — it was my first time being charged ₱500 for the procedure, plus another ₱500 even with HMO coverage. There was no history taking either to assess the patient’s other concerns. My face and shirt got soaked during the procedure, which was quite uncomfortable.
