When I first came to the clinic, my situation was honestly not good. I had advanced gum disease, several loose teeth, and a lot of bone loss. I knew something serious had to be done, but I was also worried because the treatment sounded long and complicated. Some teeth could no longer be saved and had to be removed, and I also needed deep cleaning and periodontal treatment before anything else could even be planned. Because there was not enough bone in my upper jaw, two sinus lift surgeries had to be done first. I was nervous about that, but both procedures went much better than I expected, and the healing was smooth. Only after enough bone had formed were four implants placed in my upper jaw, which was a big step forward for me. In the lower right jaw, I also needed a very advanced type of bone reconstruction called the Khoury technique. The dentist explained that this involved a combination of autologous bone, xenograft material, and PRF(i didn't know the terms before, the dentist told me) to rebuild the jaw in a stable and predictable way. He told me that this kind of augmentation is usually dne with own bone, but in my case it was better as bone was from a donor and didnt need to be harvested from my jaw. Another bone augmentation is still planned for my lower left jaw, and after that, implants will be placed on both the lower right and lower left sides. The treatment is done step by step, which makes sense given how complex my situation was. I’ll be honest — keeping perfect oral hygiene has not always been easy for me, but I never felt judged. Instead, I was constantly encouraged and reminded why it mattered. Follow-ups were thorough, and X-rays were always explained to me, not just taken and forgotten. At the moment, I am still saving money to complete the remaining procedures, but I feel confident about continuing because I trust the treatment plan and the care I’ve received so far. I always felt safe and well looked after, and I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who needs complex dental, bone, or implant treatment and wants to feel genuinely supported throughout the entire process.

The pictures I posted show the before and after images and my x-ray I got from the dentist after the surgery. I'm very happy with the result!
