TMC Clinic Antipolo Triangle Mall

Had a great experience at The Medical City Clinic Antipolo. The staff were warm, accommodating, and made me feel at ease. I’m giving 4 stars because of the long wait, but overall I’m grateful for their excellent care and hope they continue improving.

Choose Hi-Precision over TMC Triangle Mall. The service is great, except for one guy at the reception. I came Sunday afternoon. No line and the facility is new. Restrooms are not clean which is ironic since this is a clinic and they are expected to be more cautious with cleanliness. I did labs with them and asked the result be sent via email. They said the results would be sent after two days. After three days, I still haven’t received my results. If I have done the labs with HP, I would have the results immediately.

slow process, long lines, doctors mostly late, and no announcement if doctors will be late. Arrived 10AM they told me the doctor’s schedule is 3pm but when I arrive 2:50PM they told me doctor will arrive late 5:00PM to 5:30PM when its 5:30PM you still need to wait for a long time since there’s a long line
