“No instructions when coming in. No one to give instructions as well. I was only entertained after many attempts of "tao po", only to be told that "you should be waiting outside if there's already a patient in the area" - - how would I know? There were two other available seats (tho I opted to stand and maintain physical distancing). After waiting to be called back because the first patient already left, I was told that the swabber will come over to swab me. And she did. After over 10mins of more waiting. And then left me again. Which was fine, until another patient came in, just as clueless/confused as I was, looking for someone to entertain/give instructions. Waiting time was faaaar longer than the swab and test results.”
