ITS GOOD AND CLEANED AND ALSO HAS AN WAITING AREA WITH TV WHICK MAKES THE PATIENTS COMFORTABLE WHILE WAITING BUT ALL THE PEDIATRICIAN ARE ALWAYS LATE LIKE YOU WILL WAIT FOR 2 TO 3 HOURS

The appalling lack of care from the staff here is why I'm leaving a rare negative review. I absolutely do not recommend this place, especially for families. They seriously need to improve their service for the sake of those who won't be able to read this.

Horrible traumatic experience from a certain professional OB named Mary Belle Lucas. After being made to wait outside the clinic (sa initan) for roughly an hour because she wasn't in the clinic pa, I experienced being humiliated for things that weren't even my fault to begin with (miscommunication sa appointment dates sa mga nakausap ko sa front desk, walang sinabi sa akin na may dadaling documents when I specifically asked hours before coming to the clinic). The doctor looked at me and talked to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Nag-walk out pa sya at pinasa ako sa assistants. I've never experienced such medical care. Naiyak na lang ako sa harap ng assistants in frustration. Never again would I visit this clinic. NEVER RECOMMEND.
