“Had my lap chole procedure done here a month ago. I had a great experience except for 1-2 nurses. They had a hard time looking for my veins for IV insertion. I had bruises on both hands. Dr Amisola, surgeon, was kind and accommodating. He explained the before and after surgery that I can understand. I was rushed to their ER a week ago due to viral infection and I received the same service and care. The ER nurse knew what she was doing and took her 1 attempt on IV insertion. The ER doctor was able to explain my lab results clearly and her home care instruction.”
“Avoid This Hospital if You Have Other Options If you have the means to go to other tertiary hospitals, please do so. Do not go to this hospital. Other nearby hospitals such as Olivarez, Unihealth, or Medical Center Parañaque provide much better care. Even public facilities like OSPAR 1 or OSPAR 2 have more competent and attentive staff. During my experience here, the nurses seemed inexperienced and unsure of what they were doing. There was a noticeable lack of empathy and professionalism. Despite being one of the more expensive hospitals in the south, the quality of service was far below expectations. I’ve personally tried several hospitals in the area, and this one stands out for all the wrong reasons. Just look at the other reviews — they reflect the same issues. For your safety and peace of mind, go to Asian Hospital or St. Luke’s instead. You’ll truly get your money’s worth there. Anyone I know who has been here has had the same regret and vowed never to return. I also personally know someone working there the wife of my cousin who confirmed that they have inefficient and inconsistent processes. Almost all the staff resign quickly, and the most senior staff member you’ll find has been there for less than a year.”

My mom got a mild headache, even the internal medicine doctor mentioned it might just be a migraine. Nurses kept INSISTING the need to get referred to a neurologist. We agreed but then the doctor didn't go to check my mom for more than 24 hours and is forcing us to get a CT scan without even checking or talking to the patient. We cancelled the consult since she didn't even bother to check the patient and umokay na sya. DR. AUBREY MARASIGAN PUNZALAN, after my mom was discharged, we were charged ₱14,900 and for what? Your doctors don't take the time to check patients and still charge for it? Grabe tong hospital na to. What did I pay for? And in good conscience "Doctor Punzalan" tinanggap mo talaga yung ₱14,900 kahit wala ka namang ginawang kahit ano.
