I highly recommend this vet clinic. My 2 ginger cats were here for consultation last week. Zimba was only catheter for 3 days and all the medicines given to him were effective and he recovered within just 5 days instead of 7 days or more the other one, Zoë, was first diagnosed by another vet clinic because of her allergies/ recurrent coughing and sneezing but after a week still no progress, meds and everything was so expensive not until I brought her here and I am so happy because it’s not even on her 7th day of taking medications yet I can see improvement, she doesn’t sneeze or cough anymore, all the meds are effective (I should have brought Zoë here since this is where she always gets her vaccines and deworm) and the laboratories and other fees are much more reasonable other than vet clinics around Metro. Thank you Dr. Dianne Panganiban (Zoë’s first Vet Doctor) and Dr. Marinelle Denise Cruz for taking good care of my Zoë and Zimba and for giving detailed ideas & tips for their well-being 🙌👏 and of course all the staff of Petlink Makati for accommodating and responsive to my inquiries.

I don’t like the grooming service. Firstly, they don’t have water heater and my dog hates cold water. Secondly, I admit that my dog’s hair are tangled but my dog yelled Atleast ten times during grooming. He is also shaking the whole time. I can’t help but compare them to my previous groomer. Which had hot water and my dog never yelled if he yelled it was minimal.

Pooch Club was great but lately scheduling and communication has been so problematic. They did not show up during a scheduled grooming via mobile van appt then stopped replying to calls and texts. At the EDSA location, i texted at 8AM and they did not reply til 930 (despite being open at 6 per their website.) We were 5th on the wait list by then. I got no reply to my text for astatus update so called to check in before coming, and they confirmed we were next. Imagine my surprise when I arrived that (a) they put someone before us, and (b) the groomer was on lunch break even if there were still dogs waiting. They should have informed us about the planned break so we can adjust our schedule. And now, i'm in line again. Schedulers should be more professional. They need better training on scheduling managment and communications.
