I recently redeemed my Fun Run voucher at THE ORACLE for a basic physical therapy session, and the experience was amazing from start to finish 💯 Their online assistance was smooth and helpful, and the staff were incredibly nice (they even sent reminders for my upcoming appointment). On the day itself, they greeted the guests warmly and they even offered snacks! During the session, they explained every step of the treatment clearly and focused especially on my concerned area, which is my ankle. They constantly checked if I was comfortable and if the procedures felt okay. I also appreciate that they provided a home exercise program and taught me how to do each movement properly. Overall, I really loved their service and would definitely recommend, especially to my fellow runners looking for reliable and caring physical therapy support! 💕✨
