“Walked in for a lab test during non-peak hours and I was accomodated immediately. No waiting line. I got the result in an hour as expected. Staffs are accomodating and friendly.”
“Went here a little over 3 months ago cause I had something in my right eye and it was irritated. The dr wasn’t there when we were first called but the two assistants were. They both-immediately had an attitude when me and my mom came in. I understand u dont want to do ur job but u work in healthcare, you are dealing with peoples health. One of them handed something, not telling me whats it for. Asked me to start reading the screen and bc i wasn’t wearing my glasses, I couldn’t, they both laughed and said “iba naman ata binabasa mo”. They asked me again what I was there for EVEN THOUGH they already knew, as me and my mom told them the moment we came in. Was told to wait for the doctor and we did, the procedure went well, was asked to come back for a check up the next day at a different hospital but who would come back after that experience 💀 Both my parents work in healthcare. I am going to college to eventually work in healthcare. I have had placements in hospitals and one thing they teach us is to treat patients with care no matter what position you are in. It doesn’t matter how major or serious their injuries/illness are you treat them with care and respect. A little kindness comes a long way or else I wouldn’t be writing this months later. They were rude and unprofessional, who clearly did not want to do their job, not only that, one of them was literally watching a kdrama or something on their phone while i was doing the procedure. She might have been on break, but do you guys not have a break room ? And when they found out we lived abroad, their attitude changed. I wonder whats it like for locals and filipinos who don’t live abroad.”

Was requesting to have a KUB UTZ and had 2 go back 2x FOR SCHEDULING! This is only because their radiology team wasn't around. For someone who is already sick and is having difficulties moving due to lower back pains and is requested to have this diagnostic procedure- you guys surely doesn't have any BCP. OH BTW, the receptionist was eating her breakfast in her desk- for a place that should hold up its sanitation to a standard- kinda bad look for you guys.
