The Medical City Satellite Clinic

Sometimes, the long queue will let you wait for 3 hours and there are limited doctors available. The good thing about the clinic is they accept many health cards plus they're conveniently located inside a shopping mall.

A supposedly hour of visit became almost half a day. TMC should increase their manpower since it is clearly lacking. The receptionist were bombarded with the processing of many customers. It is where the bottleneck lies in the customers' visits.

Terrible service. Always a long wait because there’s only one doctor handling everything. Feels like they’re not even trying to manage the flow of patients. No updates, and no sense of urgency. If you value your time (and health), you might want to look elsewhere.
