THE MEDICAL CITY GRAND CENTRAL

Very unresponsive. Wala man lang headsup na hindi pala tuloy schedule. Even when you call before heading there is no use. They don’t pick up calls. Anyway, it’s only the admin that needs improvement. The doctors in this branch are excellent! 💕

UNPROFESSIONAL, HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AND BAD SERVICE I walked in, Monday Night 7 PM, they ask me what do I need, I answered, Checkup for family doctor then they replied doctors leave at 6 PM so what good is asking me in the first place. IMPORTANT I walked in, ALONE AND ILL dying from my stomach ache and head ache. I came in Tuesday Morning asked for a Family Doctor. They asked me if I have a fever, I said yes I did experience fever. They told me to go to Victory Mall because there was a doctor there available for checkup because my symptoms haven't LASTED 7 DAYS. Do they expect me to grovel first before service? I was in pain. I returned after leaving begging if there are no other way because I am under tremendous pain and they said theyd ask the doctor. Then a patient came in, got listed before I got answered while the staff are chatting so I came back for follow up. Any update? They ask me again this time I said my biggest concern first that my stomach hurts so much, they ask me other symptoms then they ask me if I had fever, I said I experience fever yesterday but not today. Then they literally started whispering right in front me before handing me a form only to tell me to return at 2 PM because the doctor is taking a lunch break. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. Why should it matter if I have a fever? I'm not in any form knowledgeable in medicine but isn't a doctors job exposed to many forms of psthogens through checkup? So why the hell am I not allowed service despite my pains!

The place felt unwelcoming, and the staff who assisted me made the experience even heavier. I came here expecting to feel better, but instead, I ended up feeling worse because of their service.
