Terrible experience for a pregnant patience like me, the schedule for Ob is between 2-4pm , we came in earlier than the scheduled time around 1pm , but was inform that the doctor usually came in around 5-5:30 pm sometimes 6pm. They should've updated the posted schedule instead , its not acceptable for the pregnant patience to keep them waiting for 4 HOURS!!!

I should've listened to the feedback I heard and I should've believed what I saw online because they were right and they were true. I just had a consultation with OBGYN today and it was an unpleasant experience that I have to share to everyone to warn them not to try even once to go have check up in this clinic. I am just so disappointed, I thought they have improved fue to all feedback written in here but they did not. I hope all HMOs will evaluate again their partnered clinic to avoid these kinds of experiences because it literally affects your company as well that we all can question "Why did they still make partner to these clinic with unprofessional doctor and nurses?" I would say I am thankful to the one who assisted me in nurse station but aside her, all of them are talking to patients with unpleasantness. The doctor look at me with judgement when I said I am planning to get pregnant. Of course, as woman I would plan to get pregnant but did I say at my age now? No, I did not say that. If I am possibly will have PCOS why would I say NO? Right? Plus, Medical Certificate costs ₱150.00 that I don't know if every medical certificate really cost this much, and Doctor won't give me even one day rest because my condition doesn't need rest. Then be it. I just said Thank you and left the consultation room.

Attention Medical City Administration: Poor service experience due to long wait times and inattentive staff. Hope you can improve your services. My sister went for a check-up at Medical City. They told the guard they'd just grab a bite to eat because the wait was taking too long. But when she returned, they were given a new number because her name had already been called. No wonder the reviews are all 1-star, the service is really bad. Considering the poor service, it might be more beneficial to close down and re-evaluate your staff and business strategy.
