I posted here the complete list of names of the Doctors in TMC SM Marikina and their respective schedule. The staffs are very helpful. They would assist you immediately. No companions allowed unless the patient is a minor or senior. Approach any staffs there or the guard on duty, they will give you a number and a form. You will have to wait for your number to be called then you will proceed to the nurse station/reception to ask about your concern. After that, wait a little, you will be called for your vital signs and wait for the Doctor.

Waiting Area The waiting area is spacious enough to accommodate many patients, with rows of metal and plastic chairs arranged neatly. While the seating is functional, the clinic can get crowded, especially in the mornings and weekends. The atmosphere is generally orderly, but expect some noise due to the volume of people waiting. Staff & Service The staff are professional and efficient, managing a high volume of patients while keeping the process moving. Nurses and administrative personnel communicate clearly about the steps needed before consultation—such as filling out forms, taking vital signs, or proceeding to the lab. Facilities The clinic is well-lit and clean, with hallways leading to consultation rooms, laboratories, and diagnostic areas. Overall Experience The Medical City Clinic is a dependable choice for quick outpatient medical needs. While the wait time can be long during peak hours, the systematic process and professional staff ensure that patients are attended to in an organized manner. Long wait time, been waiting for 5 hours for just a regular check up... And even after 5 hours hindi parin natatawag name ko. If you're planning to go here just dont, not worth your time. You'll just be wasting your time try other clinics. Parang walang doctor eh sa sobrang tagal should've gone to a public hospital instead.. i just tried para magamit man lang ang hmo haha. Never again
