The Medical City

I went in to have a spot on one of my toes looked at by Dr. Vitug. I was a walk-in the clinic was busy but not overwhelmed. Everyone was very nice to me. The doctor was engaging and informative. It took me just 45 minutes from when I arrived until I left and that was at lunchtime. The cost of the exam was a total of 800php.

Slow service. But doctors here are good and professional. Updated rating: From 2 to 3 stars. New and renovated clinic. It's more spacious and clean. Service was a bit fast compared to previous visits. Just had a bad experience with the front staff as she almost lost my ID.

System is very slow, reception is a very big bottle neck, you will see that the rest of the business is just waiting for reception to bring in patients. Lab doesn’t have a lot of clients yet because reception is holding up a very long line. This branch is leaking money by waiting too much on reception. I believe the business can optimize this process. It’s too slow, and once it’s optimized profit will definitely increase.
