Had my Bbl done here 3 weeks ago! Doc yappy ive known him since 2015 coz he did my alarplasty back then. Hes still the same kind and accomodating but now hes more busier than many years back but i dont mind it. As long as he gets what my goal is which he delivered. He made me snatched, The staffs are kind as well. very responsive on viber if i have plenty of questions. they may be late at replying but they still reply. kudos to Ms chin, Ms Aubrey & nurse kath. A lot of people complaining about the waiting when you do follow ups & consultations. Yes theyre traditional & old style but again i didnt mind it, i even made new friends while waiting for my turn. remember Doc yappy dont charge for consultations unlike Belo & other clinics (how i knew? coz belo did my first surgery and they charge 1,500 for consult as of the moment i guess) So yes they may give u premium service but coz youre paying for a consultation but still theyre gonna make you wait for 1-2 hrs for your turn. unlike doc yappy, he doesnt charge you for a first time consult so long waiting is tolerable i guess. But if youre not into waiting game better choose other clinics. Ace hospital took care of me after my bbl surgery kudos to nurse staff who always ask me how i feel, follows up about my medications. I guess when you thank people who take care of you they appreciate it. i always tell them thanks. Everyone is different when it comes to healing, recoveries etc. maybe one of the reasons your recovery of your nose etc didnt seem to go well coz you didnt follow their recovery protocols.. not all patients follows what the doctor tells them too, and yet blame it to the doctor if they did something wrong during the recovery... i made sure i ask questions and follow Doc yappys advice regarding recovery. and if im unsure of something i always message their nurse she gets back to me right away. We should understand Doctors tend to be very busy with other patients/new patients too. Again, the nurse is very responsive to questions. Thank you Icon clinic for my new body🩷

He also did my aunties and my my grandma’s nose, eyelid reduction, and facelift ! 🙌🏼 You can tell how much trust our whole family has with him and his skills. Very professional. He’s a fun, cool, nice person too. The clinic is well kept and the staff are also amazing ♥️

0 star I had my rib rivision rhinoplasty in 2023 I’m so very disappointed to my results my nose get worse I have breathing problems and my nose not straight and the tip also not straight you can see the bone on my tip. I pay 300k pesos very expensive but very bad result. I will not recommend icon clinic and doctor yappy to people who wants to do rivision rhinoplasty better search the best doctor or go to other Asian countries best doctor there. Bad service bad doctor he also insults you. I travel from Australia to Philippines to see him and fix my nose end up bad result. I waste my money for nothing. I spend to much I’m so stressed before. Hope some people read some reviews and think twice before you lose your money for bad results experience.
