They charge you things you haven't used while admitted. Make sure to thoroughly check when they provide you the statement of account for your bill. I only received an apology when I called out my concern. They said it's complicated to redo the bill.

A bit too expensive. Attentive nurses. Office employees are a little inconsiderate of the peoples time considering that the people processing the patients bills are on a limited time for processing. I hope that they take this seriously and be a bit considerate next time.

Final Rating: 1/10 (Lowest Possible) for Unacceptable Service Despite High Cost This overall rating reflects my profound disappointment and outrage regarding the services provided by this hospital. Despite spending a million pesos (cash basis), the level of care delivered was critically poor, negligent, and often unsafe. The high expenditure contrasts sharply with the unacceptable quality of service received. Critical Patient Safety and Negligence Issues IV Line Negligence: In a serious and frankly alarming lapse of care, a nurse continued to administer the IV drip into a line that was visibly infiltrated and no longer working properly. It was only through my intervention that the drip was stopped and the line relocated, preventing further discomfort and potential harm. This shows a clear failure in basic patient monitoring. Failure to Perform Essential Care: The nursing staff consistently failed to perform the patient's required daily wound dressing. Despite the patient's need, no staff nurse initiated the proper procedure or requested assistance from a Resident-on-Duty (ROD) or PGI. This negligence forced me, a family member with a medical background, to personally perform this essential procedure. It was very disappointing that my mother was discharged with the IV line still inserted in her arm. This serious oversight indicates that the nurses did not properly complete the necessary checks prior to her release. Unacceptable Financial and Medication Policies Aggressive and Restrictive Billing: This hospital operates with an unacceptable financial model, demanding a deposit on an almost daily basis. If payment is missed, the patient's account is closed, and the patient is restricted to purchasing medication only from the in-house pharmacy, where the price is approximately double the cost of outside vendors. Protocol Over Patient Welfare: Ward nurses rigidly refused to accept medication procured from outside the hospital, citing "protocol." This inflexibility, combined with the inflated prices at their in-house pharmacy, placed an unwarranted and significant financial burden on us. I am documenting this experience because the quality of care received for such a substantial financial investment (million pesos cash) was completely unacceptable.
