ā€ŽI recently took my dog Pretty to the Animal Doctors Veterinary Hospital and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and compassionate, making both my dog and me feel at ease from the moment we walked in. They provided professional treatment with clear communication about the process, ensuring I understood every step of my dog’s care. The hospital itself is newly renovated, spotlessly clean, and equipped with modern facilities, which added to the overall sense of trust and comfort. Best of all, the pricing was fair and transparent, with no unexpected costs. I highly recommend the Animal Doctors Veterinary Hospitalfor anyone seeking top-notch care for their furry friend! ā€ŽThanks for your serviceā¤ļø

We recently admitted our furbaby here and had quite an experience. The vet doctor who attended to us was very approachable, understanding, and empathetic. We truly appreciate him, even though we could only keep our furbaby admitted for three days due to financial constraints. He was very patient and considerate about our situation, which meant a lot to us. However, we had some issues with certain vet nurses, especially one particular staff member at the front desk (around 9-10pm). She was extremely impolite, rude, and unprofessional. When we had concerns and confusion regarding our bill, her response was dismissive and unhelpful, making it feel like she didn’t understand our frustrations. She came across as utterly disrespectful. My mom and sister witnessed her behavior, and instead of showing empathy for our financial worries and our concern for our furbaby’s well-being, she made us feel pressured—as if we had no choice but to discharge our furbaby if we couldn’t afford the fees. While she didn’t explicitly say this, that was the impression we got. Thankfully, we were able to speak with the doctor, who reassured us and made us feel much better. We are grateful for his kindness. Our furbaby is now doing well, and we are continuing her medication at home. To the owner of this clinic/hospital, please consider training some of your staff in proper etiquette. Professionalism and compassion are just as important as medical care. Additionally, I have read some of the responses to negative reviews, and I couldn’t help but sense a tone of sarcasm in the replies. I hope this can be addressed as well.

I admit that my pet cat got into a hit-and-run accident last Oct 25, and I’m very thankful to the doctors and nurses on duty because they immediately attended to my cat’s needs. I really appreciated them because they gave me daily updates about my cat’s condition. After five days, my cat was cleared for discharge. On the 7th day, November 1, I called to ask if I could make a payment arrangement because my bill was ₱17,000 (minus ₱3,000 deposit). I asked if I could pay weekly so my cat could be discharged, since the longer she stayed, the higher the bill would become, and I was already struggling to keep up. But the staff said the admin wasn’t available because they were busy preparing for their branch’s anniversary. They told me the admin would call me back. A week passed, and I kept calling them every day, but they kept saying the same thing—that the admin would call me back—but no one ever did. Then just today, November 8, they told me that I needed to pay 70% of the bill upfront because they don’t allow staggered payments. Why are they only saying this now, after a week of me constantly following up and begging for a payment arrangement? I can’t pay everything in one go because just on October 31, my child was discharged from the hospital, and our bill there was ₱113,000. Now, my cat’s bill has reached ₱20,000 (from ₱17,000) because I was made to wait for a week with no response from them. I even told them they could take my bank password and withdraw directly from my salary just so my cat could be released, because every time my child visits, my cat meows so loudly wanting to go home. What’s worse, the nurse on duty last November 8 at 6 PM was very rude and told me, ā€œMa’am, do you even know that this clinic is expensive?ā€ Of course I know! If it hadn’t been an emergency, I wouldn’t have admitted my cat there, especially since their reviews are terrible. But I had no choice because the nearby vet clinics were closed. The admin has no conscience. I begged them so hard just to stop the bill from increasing, but they made me wait for nothing for an entire week—and the bill still kept going up. If ever you have a pet that needs a vet, never go to that clinic unless you can pay in full, because they’ll just tell you, ā€œDo you even know this clinic is expensive?ā€ā€”how rude! I highly recommend the clinic behind the SK Gasoline Station in Pampanga instead. The doctors and staff there are incredibly kind, considerate, down-to-earth, and their service is excellent!
