Patient Reviews
I recently visited this store and unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with the level of customer service I received. Throughout my visit, I found the staff to be inattentive and unresponsive, leading to an overall poor experience. The most noticeable issue was the lack of attentiveness from a particular staff member. Their disinterest and lack of willingness to assist customers reflected negatively on the overall atmosphere of the store. As a paying customer, I expected a certain level of attentiveness and helpfulness, which regrettably was not met. Aside from their lack of attentiveness, the overall service provided was unsatisfactory. The staff seemed disengaged, and when approached with questions or concerns, they did not provide adequate assistance or solutions. It was disheartening to feel overlooked and ignored as a customer. Customer service plays a significant role in shaping the overall shopping experience and influencing future decisions to visit a store. In this case, the poor service I encountered has created a negative impression that would make me hesitant to return or recommend your establishment to others. I hope this review helps shed light on the areas that need improvement. Enhancing the level of attentiveness and customer-centric approach among your staff members could greatly contribute to improving the overall satisfaction of customers. Investing in staff training and fostering a customer-first mindset may lead to a more positive and enjoyable shopping experience for all visitors.
Either replace or retrain one of the staff. There is a female staff member who is quite chubby, very busy on her cellphone. Customer facing cellphones are still the only way, transactions are handled here, what are the chances of making a mistake in giving and senior citizens who cannot read what is being given. Unprofessional.
Shout out to your sales lady at the TGP rotonda branch in front of the fora, super suplada around 6:30pm I bought medicine worth 20 pesos and first I paid 500 and I know that my money is quite a lot for the amount I bought. She said she didn't have any change So I bought it at the metro, I returned what I bought which is I paid 50 pesos and then she said she also didn't have any change for the 50 pesos, so I said "for the 50" I really didn't have any change. She said she didn't have any change for the 50, I just asked her if she had passed by during the day and she didn't have any change for the 50, she said I should get some change from Uncle John's for the 50, And try to be nice too I hope to the customers, smile freely.
