I'm a walk in patient, the place is nice, the people especially the dentist that extracted my tooth. She was very gentle during the extraction and very friendly like very very. I'd surely comeback for my future tooth extractions🫶🏻

The place nice. The dentist seem to be very professional but the other staff- specially the one who does the scheduling is not very nice. She talks like she doesn't want you to be a customer.

If I could give no stars I would. I understand why they charge you for consultation fee, coz ofc, this is still a business. But the doctor, who is woman was rude. She was explaining what will happen in case pedia patients do not behave well when anesthesia had taken effect already. I called my daughter's attention because more than anyone in the room, its should be HER that's listening to the dentist. In verbatim she told me "MOMMY, MAKINIG KA." As if im not listening. To add, Its really unprofessional to bad mouth the clinic who referred this clinic to us. I totally understand that your "practice" differs from them but it could've said in a nicer and professional way. 800 for the consultation fee is OKAY. What is not is that we wasted 800 for a service na pinagmamalaki nilang "pedia" dentist. No automated service, inovoice, email whatsoever can cover the rudeness we experienced today.
