About
I recently visited this dental clinic for a teeth cleaning, and Dr. Cel (Maricel) made the experience truly exceptional. Her thoroughness and thoughtfulness were evident throughout. She explained each step of the cleaning process, ensuring my comfort and understanding. Her attention to detail reflected her genuine concern for her patients' well-being. When I mentioned my jaw locking issue, she kindly paused to massage it, offering relief. My husband was equally satisfied with the service, and we both make it a priority to visit this dental clinic every time we're in the Philippines for a holiday.

Dental Consultation price is very reasonable compare with other dental clinic inside the SM Dasma Mall. Moreover, the reception staff is accommodating as well as the Male dentist.
Bad bad bad experience! LONG POST AHEAD. First of all, I brought my dentistās referral with me as this is for my annual medical examination for my work. I asked how much it is for teeth cleaning (Oral prophylaxis), I was told it was PHP1,200. I wanted to do teeth cleaning and fillings. First issue. I waited 1.5hrs for the dentist. When I went there, I asked how long is it gonna take for the patient inside to finish, and they told me theyāre almost done. I kept waiting and they kept saying āalmostā. Until it became 1.5hrs! I couldnāt leave cos I was thinking, I already waited this long so letās hold on. Going to the procedure, I felt that my jaw was a little stiff and itās locking so the dentist told me sheāll only do oral prophylaxis and not the filling. Second issue. So when the dentist was cleaning my teeth, she kept hitting the edges of my lips with her scaler! I had to call her out SO many times about it because it feels hot and it stings whenever she hits the edges of my lips (oral commissure). That time, I was thinking to myself if this dentist lacks expertise or what, cos dude that was the first time my lips got hurt during a cleaning procedure. Now third issue, after the cleaning, I wanted to do the fillings, my jaw felt fine and I knew fillings donāt take long to do and overall a very simple procedure so I insisted for her to do it cos remember, I already waited 1.5hrs for this. I didnāt want to come back just for the two teeth that needs to get filled. And yet she kept giving me reasons as to why she canāt. (She wanted me to do an xray, give my gums rest because it bled a lot during the cleaning etc blabla but dude I already did a cleaning with 4 fillings before all in one go so I know it shouldnāt be a big deal) I told her my teeth was already examined by my dentist in Manila and all I ask of her is to just do what it says in the referral. She was a little convinced to do it but then she checked the time, it was 5:30pm. And she told me she really canāt do it now as she clocks out at 6pm. And thatās really what annoyed me. First, fillings donāt take that long. Second, I also spent 1.5hrs of my time waiting and now youāre telling me I couldnāt get everything done even after waiting that long because what, you need to clock out? Girl? I also have a medical exam I need to finish for work and I only have this dental work to clear it and because of that excuse Iām getting my medical certificate for work delayed? Lastly, they told me initially that cleaning costs P1,200 but they charged me P2,000! Only for cleaning (and hurting my lips lol)! Talk about overpricing. Not even worth it. Like srsly, never coming back here!!!
