This is a public health center located in Talisay City, Negros Occidental nearby the Public Plaza..I went here for a medical checkup and it was for free, for seniors citizens, etc. They have free medical consultation and free medicines, you can get it to the City Health Pharmacy upon the prescriptions given by the consulting physician..
