Supercare Cebu City is now very accessible and very spacious inside. The location is near to the Cebu City Capitol Site and infront of RCBC Guadalupe. Supercare is in Vicente Building with 5-Storey and with elevator. From Pier 1, you can ride a Habal2x or Angkas ride directly to Supercare Cebu, I will recommend Angkas (just download the App) since this is more cheap than Habal2x. The second option is to stop in Santo Niño Basilica Church then ride a Jeepney 06B to Guadalupe, just do not forget to ask the driver to drop you at Supercare. Supercare is very busy, from Monday-Friday for full operation and they will start to give the numbering whoever is there earlier. The early the better. On Saturday they have only half day operation in which they do not give any number. Office hours is 8am-5pm (weekdays) but they are starting to get the blood sample as early at 6:30am. My experience at Supercare was very challenging but it was very convenient. They have water refilling station which is for Free. There is also nearby restaurant that you can take your lunch. On-site drugstore also available. Car or motor park is also available on-site.

SO/Companion is prohibited to go inside. You need to wait outside for long hours without comfortable waiting area, only a steel bench, not even a fan in sight. Poor customer service. Even the guards are disrespectful given the simpliest explanation. 0/5
