I've been to different dental clinics, but only Dr. Rod managed to achieve my expectation. He is accommodating and fixed the issues and concern of my teeth especially my partial denture. Great service and very warm staff. They were friendly and professional, and my dentist did a great job.

Will definitely not go back. Went in 30 mins before my sched and was accommodated 30 mins after my sched, which is, okay lang naman. But I saw the paying pxs go in and out of the clinic swiftly while the HMO pxs had to wait patiently. A little explanation and reassurance won't hurt. The dentist didn't fail to make me feel such a useless mother. His exact words were, "Kung mag toothbrush yan mag isa, eh di sana binigyan nyo na lang ng sariling bahay at pera yan." First, my son was hungry so he ate minutes before his appointment, and baka may naiwan na food sa ngipin nya. Second, my son does not brush his teeth alone. Me and/or my mom guide him in brushing his teeth. And third, hearing this as the breadwinner of the family? The guilt ate me. Felt like brushing my son's teeth was the only thing I do. A little sensitivity won't hurt. Ano ba naman yung pagsabihan ang parents na galingan pa mag brush ng teeth ng anak nila in a nicer way? Also, as an HMO px, may benefit ako to have pasta done. He counted the teeth I should have pasta done pero nag cleaning lang kami.
