I ordered a Clinton Eyeframe at SM Bacoor last September 3, 2025, with tinted and anti-radiation lenses. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The staff did not clearly explain the tinting options (full or partial), gave me conflicting information about the release date (one said next day, another said 3–5 business days), and the cashier was not proactive in assisting nor familiar with basic payment methods like QRPH. When I followed up on September 4, I was told in an unprofessional manner to “text nyo na lang ma’am.” As of today, despite paying ₱4,095 upfront, I still have not received my eyewear. This experience shows a lack of professionalism and customer service, and I hope management takes action to improve.

Gave Sunnies Studios enough time to resolve this but unfortunately, they didn't follow through. Sharing my experience. Visited this branch to replace the frame of my old prescription glasses, which had cracked. I specifically requested that the same prescription be followed. The optometrist on-site was very helpful and even re-checked my prescription, confirming that the grade remained the same. I also chose to upgrade to blue light lenses, for which I made an additional payment. However, after using the new glasses, I began experiencing persistent headaches and difficulty adjusting. I returned to the branch for a re-evaluation, and while the team confirmed the grade was unchanged, I saw in the lens analysis that the axis had changed significantly — from 99 to 29~ if I remember correctly. I was told this was normal due to the change in frame, and the main cause of the headaches was attributed to the nose pad positioning, which they adjusted to its maximum setting. They assured me that it'll adjust in a few days. Unfortunately, the headaches continued for another week, and I attempted to reach out again via calls, but received no response. Due to the ongoing discomfort, I consulted a different optometrist who confirmed that the axis change was substantial and should not have been affected by the frame size. This situation has caused me not only physical discomfort but also frustration and added expense. I was in contact with their support team initially but didn't receive any further follow through. Really disappointed with the overall experience!

The sales persons were the worst. They are very impatient. They won't take critism. Worst is that even the optometrist were there not to talk about the grade but the upgrade, of course with all additional fee. They only time I went there is because my Gen z daughter want to have a sunnies frame. Never again. Hope management will take a look on this.
