Got a message from the receptionist informed me there was a mistake with my booking and asked if I could reschedule later that day. However, I was in a hurry and unable to do so. While I was eventually able to have the therapy done, I felt it was extremely rushed (“gi dalidali ra nila ang ako therapy”). I left feeling like I didn’t even receive proper treatment—it was not worth what I paid for. Even though we used our HMO, I want to emphasize that these benefits come from our own pocket, so the quality of service still matters greatly to us. To make matters worse, no one from your staff apologized for the booking error. This lack of accountability, combined with the rushed care, left me feeling frustrated and let down. I hope you will address these issues with your team.
