We we're looking for a good optical shop for our reading glasses and I've noticed Starfinder shops have a better reviews compared to their rivals, and I would say I am satisfied and would recommend Starfinder to my friends. Satisfied customer here 🙂👍

Good overall experience, better than EO. TLDR: I had a better experience with Starfinder Optical compared to EO. I initially inquired at EO (near Ramen Nagi) about changing the lenses of my brother's goggles for basketball use, as he no longer uses them. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and said she would check if it was possible to replace the lenses. Upon returning, she informed me that they couldn't do it because the lenses were "curved" and could only be replaced if they were "flat." I then went to Starfinder and was pleasantly surprised by the service. After browsing some goggles with the help of their staff, I asked the same question I had at EO. They also said they would check first. To my surprise, they confirmed that they could replace the lenses because they were actually flat. I had initially thought the lenses were curved due to the curved frame of the goggles. To prove they were flat, one of the ophthalmologists used a plastic tool with different types of sides (curved and flat) and demonstrated by placing it on top of the goggles' lenses. This amazed me. When I asked if they could replace the lenses, they confirmed they could and proceeded to check my current eyeglass prescription and center of vision. Both the staff and ophthalmologist were very friendly and accommodating. I would have loved to purchase one of their goggles frames, but my budget was tight, so I opted for the lens replacement only. Despite this, I was happy they still entertained my request. After payment, they even let me choose any design from their sunglasses collection as a free gift—nice! I handed the goggles to them on March 11 and received a text message on March 20, making the total turnaround time seven working days. When I arrived to pick them up, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had provided a FREE CASE for the goggles, along with the old lenses, a cleaning cloth, and a card. (For reference, the bottom case in the picture is the old one, while the top is the one they provided.) Initially, I had a case for the goggles, but it was my brother's, and I didn't give it to them because it smelled bad—my brother used to store the goggles in the case without wiping them clean. This thoughtful gesture of providing a new case was unexpected, as I had assumed they would only hand me the goggles.
