I didn't have any delays and complications with my medical examinations at all. I was a bit conscious because I read the reviews and was wary of the lady for the urinary area. Saw her earlier 🤣 and yeah I can confirm she's unnecessarily strict and always sounds mad. Thankfully I didn't have to directly interact with her though, all the other staff were direct and helpful. As for the cr during the urinary process, it was clean.

YOUR STAFF ON BLOOD EXTRACTION, THE LADY WITH THICK EYEBROWS IS VERY RUDE! As of 12/23/2024, as from outside Cebu I cannot understand Bisaya but I was endorsed here for my medical examination. I want to rate the receptionist, and doctor's secretary a 5-star rating, they're reliable and good with customers relation. However as I proceed with biometrics, I hate how inconsiderate your staff on blood extraction. Especially the girl with thick eyebrows. She's condescending, she's instructing inconsiderately in bisaya, then told me "yaw me pag lisod lisoda sir," which I've found out lately means "wag mo kung pahirapan" which is a strong insult for me who cannot speak and understand Bisaya. Please consider your clients who cannot speak your dialect. It's your job, please comply. It's your career to assist not to command.
