I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration with the poor service we experienced at your clinic. We waited in line from 12:00 PM until 4:00 PM, only to be informed afterward that the process had already been cut off. There was no prior update or announcement given to those of us waiting outside, which could have allowed us to go home instead of wasting several hours lining up for nothing. We were lined up for the 1,350 drug test, and all the 5 procedure needed, yet we still spent money on transportation and sacrificed our time. It is unfair to make people wait for hours without proper communication. A simple announcement to inform everyone that the queue would no longer be accommodated before 4:00 PM would have shown basic respect and consideration. Please understand that you are not the only ones who get tired. We are the ones chasing schedules, spending money, and enduring the conditions outside. The area was extremely dusty, both outside and inside the clinic. Had I known the situation beforehand, I would have prioritized other clinics that treat their clients better. Additionally, after I provided my urine sample, the amount was small. Instead of advising me to wait, drink water, and try again after some time, your staff immediately told me to come back the next day. This showed a lack of consideration, especially since my home is far and transportation costs are expensive. This is my Third day to your disgusting clinic! Theres no proper hygiene observed. And all of your staff are rude!!!! What made this more frustrating is that we were already there, willing to wait and cooperate, yet we were dismissed without empathy or proper assistance. Many people experienced the same inconvenience but chose not to complain perhaps that is something that has been forgotten. I hope you take this feedback seriously and improve your communication, service process, and consideration toward your clients.

It was under renovation when I go there and it's still operational. I can smell the tile cement adhesive. Cement dusts are everywhere,it's covering the tables, medical equipments and floors. It's even worse when an electric fan is on, the dust scattered so I can inhale those dusts. We are sharing one comfort room smothered in wet cement dusts. It's hot inside and I'm sweating a lot! The ceiling is not done yet so the aluminum reflectors of fluorescent tube bulb lights are hanging using wires and its power is on! It's dangerous! It might fall on someone's head. It supposed to be CLEAN and SANITIZED because it is a MEDICAL CENTER, NOT A CONSTRUCTION SITE! I can't take a picture inside because they are prohibiting us to use cameras inside. The staff at the clinic were unfriendly and always looked annoyed. There was only one drug test department, so we had to wait in a very long line outside. It also took too long because they only had one computer for encoding, and the staff were moving very slowly. On top of that, the clinic smelled strongly of paint (like Boysen), and it was dusty as if it had just been newly constructed. We went there at 11:00 AM, but they said the results would only be released the next day, and we didn’t finish until 4:20 PM.
