Patient Reviews
I gave birth to my second child at this hospital, and Iām truly grateful. While it may not offer the same amenities as some private hospitalsālike the one I experienced with my firstbornāI still had a meaningful and even joyful stay. Yes, there were some challenges during check-ups, and I understand that the limited number of staff can make it difficult to attend to every patient right away. After all, many low-income families rely on this hospital for care. But despite that, my overall experience was differentāin a good way. What Iām most thankful for is the compassion and understanding shown by the staff. Despite needing to undergo a cesarean section, we didnāt have to pay anything, and that kind of support meant so much to us. Thank you, Malasakit Program, and thank you to all the hardworking staff of this hospital. My child is now turning 3 this Juneāa happy and healthy reminder of the care we received.
They do not treat their customers with emphaty. I am only giving them 2 stars because we were able to get the service we needed on time but most(not all) staffs here especially securities do not know how to explain properly to their customer. If you have money, will not recommend this hospital.
I find the service very disappointing. All I needed was a straightforward answer to a simple question: does PhilHealthās Oral Health Package cover the removal of an impacted tooth? While I was hopeful, especially since some posts on Facebook claimed it was possible, I wanted to confirm directly with an accredited hospital in Cebu. Unfortunately, instead of getting clarity over the phone, I was instructed to visit their office in the afternoon in October. Because of work, I missed that schedule and tried again another day, only to be told the doctor wasnāt around. The secretary then asked me to come back the following month. Itās upsetting that such a basic question couldnāt be answered from the start. I wasted time twice going through registration (only at first visit), lining up at triage with pregnant women, filling out forms, and having my vital signs checked, only to be referred to Vicente Sotto by the doctor, which isnāt even on PhilHealthās accredited list, since they donāt cater to the service I was asking about. This kind of inefficiency and lack of clear communication is frustrating for patients who simply want accurate information without unnecessary delays and wasted effort.
