SSMC national highway Sta Rosa laguna

It was disappointing. The staff rushed things, shouted orders, and even had name-calling. I also felt discriminated against. Also, they got angry when I misunderstood instructions, even though they did not provide them clearly in the first place.

I don't usually leave bad reviews but this place is the worst. ▪︎Parang menopausal lahat ng staff, ang susungit. ▪︎They don't have option to email the results. ▪︎And the ambiance will make you question the integrity of the results. Ang dugyot. Gusgusin. How is this place even qualified to offer medical services?

This was the worst medical experience I've had. The staff were unprofessional and rude, from the guard to the nurses and doctors. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience.
