We had a disappointing experience at Soloson Burgos Clinic. My girlfriend went there for an X-ray, but the technician was noticeably impatient and unprofessional. She told my girlfriend “Bilisan mo naman, wala na ba ‘yang ibibilis? Nagugutom na ako.” That’s extremely rude and uncalled for, especially coming from a healthcare worker. After taking the X-ray, the technician immediately opened the door and told her to leave—even though she hadn’t even had the chance to put her bra back on. It was embarrassing and inconsiderate. We expected more professionalism, respect, and sensitivity, especially in a medical setting.
